Amrit - Hi, my name is Amrit Prasad. I'm a very driven, creative, and tactical person. I am always busy with things since I'm actively involved in the school and community. For example, I'm part of the school rugby team and have also played for the Surrey Beavers. I also volunteer a lot; I've volunteered at the Vancouver Sun Run and was a team leader for Information Services with my brother. I also have gotten the top academic student award, and have gotten a 4.0 GPA since grade 8. I have some really simple advice for other students doing a project:find a problem, and find a solution. The most ingenious innovations revolve around making life simpler. Life is so complicated, so why not make it easier on ourselves by creating new solutions when we can? | Deeptanshu - Hello, my name is Deep Prasad and I have a very, very, very strong passion for Physics and Math. Currently I am enrolled in an online circuits and electronics course through MIT which is extremely difficult but I am still currently getting an A in the course. The "Intelligent Adapter" is our brain child and we were inspired to invent this device all thanks to our previous science fair project, which had to do with common practices one can do to reduce energy consumption. Outside of school, I enjoy scubadiving, swimming, playing rugby and learning new music. I have been playing guitar, piano and bass clarinet for numerous years now. |
