Biography
Raymond is an ambitious 16 year old student at Western Canada High School in Calgary, Alberta. He thoroughly enjoys traveling during his sadly limited summer vacations and jogging on the weekends. Raymond is currently involved in many extracurricular activities such as debate, model UN, peer tutoring, science fair, and various sports. He has also been blessed with success in many of these previous pursuits.

Abstract:This project is a non-experimental study dealing with the role of telomeres and telomerase in human oncogenesis and cancer cell maintenance. Specifically, it deals with the structural analysis of telomeres, their end structure, the telomerase subunits hTERT and hTR, and various telomerase associated proteins to find possible targets for disabling of telomerase mediated telomere elongation.
