| My name is Hayden Westgate. I am sixteen years old and in grade eleven. I go to Pretty River Academy in Collingwood, Ontario. I have an eighteen year old brother and a three year old sister. I am an alumni member of the Congressional Youth Leadership Council, I competed in OFSAA as a member of the Senior Basketball Team and I am a PADI Open Water Scuba Diver. I like to travel, snow ski and play basketball. I am seriously considering a future in medicine. |

They were also asked if they felt the patient had malaria. The patients were then sent for a rapid malaria test. The purpose was to see if a set of criteria could be designed that could diagnose without need for testing. |
