| Rachel Kathryn Cey lives in Wilkie, Saskatchewan where she currently attends McLurg High School. She enjoys partaking in various sports including volleyball, basketball, badminton, swimming, softball, and track and field. Along with playing sports, Rachel also participates in voice and music lessons. Her favourite pastimes include reading and playing with her dog Mischa. |

Mechanics of the Throwing Motion

Using motion tracking and simple math equations on excel I was able to identify the main components accurate and fast throws. |
