Bactericidal Actions of AITC on Liquid Culture and Established Biofilms

The bacteria was tested in a broth culture and also in biofilm formation. This is important because currently most infectious diseases are caused by biofilms, and they are much harder to treat with conventional antibiotics. This project is testing if AITC can become a new antibacterial. |
