My name is Jon Franchetto. I am in grade eight in the enriched class at Mountsfield Elementary School in London, Ontario. At school this year I have participated in cross country, I was the captain of our volleyball team and co-captain of our basketball team, I played in our percussion ensemble, I play trombone in the school concert band and I am involved in a primary/junior peer mediation program at our school called Peacekeepers. Outside of school I play competitive baseball for the London Tecumsehs. I like to play guitar, play video games, hang out with friends and listen to music in my spare time, and I am a pretty big Toronto Blue Jays fan. I never expected to be selected to go to the Canada Wide Science Fair and I am really excited and nervous to be part of it. |
