Bacteria was cultured in petri dishes and soap disks that were exposed to antibacterial and regular soap were placed in the bacteria. The effectiveness of each soap was determined by the measurement of the zone of exclusion. Based on the results, there was no significant difference between regular and antibacterial soap. |
