| Rachel - I’m currently attending Tomken Road Middle School, located in Mississauga, Ontario. I’m in the SciTech program, and have had the chance to participate in special events such as the 2011 Bridge Building Contest and various math contests. My main interest is writing, and I am currently finishing a novelette I hope can be published in the future. I also love photography and filming, and make many videos posted on YouTube. I’m very excited to be involved in the Canada-wide science fair, and hope our project will stand out among the many great minds here. | | Michelle - My name is Michelle Sun and I’m 12 years old. I am currently in SciTech, a program which specializes in science, math and technology. My favourite subjects are science, math and art and I enjoy doing ping-pong, high jump, and gymnastics. I have also played the piano since I was 6 and it is one of my hobbies as well as drawing, drawing mazes, reading and baking. When I get older I hope to become either an archeologist, marine biologist or a crime scene investigator. |

Teleporter of Sound

Installing our elliptical dish in a drive through would improve sound transmission between customer and cashier. Our variable tested was the degree at which we placed the speaker around the dish. Our project would be a great addition to our everyday lives, and make small actions efficient. |
