Staying Aligned: Basic Ballet Necessities Under Scrutiny

Using multiple cameras, videos of dancers in two experience levels executing active and passive positions were recorded and quantified using video analysis. Qualitative upper body analysis was used in addition to the determination of percent change between a control turnout and typical turnout, and variation between the groups noted. |
