Division: | Engineering & Computing Sciences | Category: | Senior | Region: | North Bay | City: | North Bay, ON | School: | École Algonquin catholique secondaire | Abstract: | We introduce an innovative flow-through sampler that can sample, in real time, macro-invertebrates such as Mysis relicta and Bythotrephes longimanus. Our data can be used to produce three-dimensional charts either in real time or back-at-the-lab. Drawn diagonally, our sampler can 'scan' the water column to determine macro-invertebrate organism location(s). |
