| Mingyan - Mingyan Jiang is the grade 8 honor student currently attending Windfields Junior High School. She organizes and participates in many after school activities like Concert Band and French Club, and is on the Cross Country Team. Some of her hobbies include skiing, fencing, archery, playing the piano and clarinet, and reading. She enjoys writing and has published a novel. Science interests her greatly and she is very excited to join in the CWSF in P.E.I. | | Gyuyeon - Jenny Kim: is a grade 8 honor student at Windfields JHS as well. She is in the Equity Club, Science Club and Chamber Strings. She is very fond of the outdoors and art, enjoys making crafts. Some of Jenny’s interests include hiking and biking in summer and spring as well as reading many books. She wishes to pursue a career in phycology or radiology. She is looking forward to going to P.E.I this year for the CWSF! |

Four natural methods and one chemical based product were tested. The results are very useful to ensure cleanliness and good health in every household, as well as applicable to food industries, such as grocery stores, restaurants and meat processing plants. |
