Biography
Dayna Bennett was born on August 15th 1998, and has lived just outside Smiths Falls, Ontario for all of her life. She lives with her parents Diane and David, her siblings Laura and Adam, and her dog Sophie. She is currently a student at Smiths Falls District Collegiate Institute. She is in the SFDCI senior band, and the SFDCI science club. Her interests include music, mathematics, and the sciences.

Abstract:The Levy flight foraging hypothesis states that because Levy flight can optimize search efficiencies, natural selection should have lead to adaptations for Levy flight foraging. This project studies the movements of snails to determine if Levy flights are present, and describes the test apparatus that was used in this project.
