My Name is Miranda Koetsch. I am in grade 10 at Abbotsford Traditional Senior Secondary School. I have played piano for 10 years and am currently in two worship bands with my church. I also am a helper in our regular Sunday school classes with the grade 1 class. One of my favorite hobbies is making photo manipulations and I have won the top technology award for the past two years, and am an active participant in creating our school yearbook. Along with my hobbies, science has always been another love of mine and I am very excited to have the opportunity to participate in an event like this! The inspiration from my project came from a field trip my sister took where they learned about recycling and composting, and in the future I would like to improve my sticker to make it a more viable option for commercial use. My advice to other students who could be thinking about doing a project like this would be to keep an open mind and a wild imagination! You never know what might end up working out! |
