Biography
I have done many different things during my lifetime that contributed to my school and community. I made the decision to do many extracurricular activities and community services initiatives during my high school years. I entered in different types of clubs and programs, however all of them evolved around two main things which are to help others and science. I chose these two branches to spend most of my time on because I always loved to become a doctor. By entering volunteer work in the hospital, I became closer to my future job. This created more enthusiasm in me to enter and explore different fields of medicine. Furthermore, I became active in many science committees and programs, like the science club and Aventis Biotechnology Challenge, and the science fair because I always loved science, especially biology. I also have very diverse interests and hobbies that I like to enjoy. For example, sewing, badminton, kayaking, archery, canoeing, bicycling, craft, learning different languages and art. Most of my awards and achievements are scientific awards. For example I won in the regional science fair a gold medal, 3 special awards and Best in Fair 2007 and first place winner in the Aventis Biotechnology Challenge.

Abstract:This project tried to find if Eucalyptus and Camphor oil could help reduce difficulty breathing in asthma patients. No research was ever done on their effect on the lung surfactant but this project did. Three different methods were used to conduct this project. Camphor oil was found to be better than the Eucalyptus oil even when the surfactant contained inactivating serum.
