| My name is Nisha Gill. I have a younger brother and sister and am a grade 8 student at Calvin Park Public School in their enrichment program (Challenge). I will be attending Kingston Collegiate Vocational Institute (KCVI) as part of their IB Program next year. After high school, I'm thinking of becoming either a psychologist or a teacher. I've had some interest in psychology and sociology for a while, but I really got into it last year after participating in an enrichment activity at Queens University, focusing on sociology. I don't have any immediate plans to do further research, but I would definitely advise other students to participate in a sciences fair, because it's a great experience. Doing the experiment (or innovation or study), you can explore any area of science that interests you, and that I think is the best part about science fair. The enormity of possibility. |

To test the hypotheses, a convenience sample of 40 participants was surveyed. Based on their answers to the survey, conclusions were drawn to gain more insight into the teenage brain. |
