Biographie
I am currently a grade 9 student at Northern Collegiate Institute and Vocational School, Sarnia, Ontario. My passion for science inspired me to participate in the regional science fairs for the last four years where I won several awards. This year my project won me the Intermediate Best of Division at the Lambton County Science Fair. Math, Science and French are my best subjects in school. I’m actively involved with the Multicultural Awareness Club at school which embraces diversity and divergent thinking. I play on the volleyball school team and pickup basketball at school. I learnt how to swim before I could walk and am now taking lifeguarding courses from the National Lifeguarding Services . I have a keen interest in music and am in Grade 7 RCM piano. In my spare time I like mixing electronic music in my basement studio and have performed as a DJ at several events in Sarnia. During the course of working on the science fair I converted one of the rooms in the basement into a full-fledged laboratory. I hope one day my innovation can be made to good use and will help players involved in high contact sports.
