Winter Activity Levels of Lepus Americanus in Various Forest Types

Abstract:For this project I measured the activity levels of Snowshoe Hare in winter. Counts were made of accumulated hare tracks in six distict vegetavtive areas. The type and number of shrub and tree species were recorded. Hares were found to spend most of their activity in the Deciduous/Coniferous Forest.
