Biographie
My name is Kaushar Mahetaji, and I'm a grade 8 student. My project was, "Corresponding with the brain, and it looked at three aspects of the brain such as learning styles multiple intelligences, and brain hemispherical dominance. It looked at overall correlations, and demographic ones between gender, giftedness, and handedness. I got the inspiration for my project when I was watching behaviours of students in our school. I plan to incorporate the results of my study into a real life classroom scenario. For others who are thinking of doing a project, I think that as long as you enjoy what your project is about you'll succeed. My hobby is reading, and when I get older, I want to be a pediatric neurologist. I really enjoy learning and discovering ways we can improve how we think and process thoughts, so that we can carry out the abilities such as memorizing, metacognition, and analysis.

Sommaire:The purpose of my project was to find correlations among three aspects of the brain: brain hemispherical dominance, learning styles, and multiple intelligences; and then determine if they have any impact on academic performance. I also looked at demographic components such as gender, and giftedness. Correlations occured in categories that had overlapping characteristics. When I applied these correlations, 72% of my participants did better academically.
