The Effect of Rising Water Temperature on the Fish's Respiration Rate
Division:Sciences de la vie
Catégorie:Junior
Région:Toronto
Ville:Mississauga, ON
École:University of Toronto Schools
Sommaire:This experiment is to determine whether rising water temperature has effect on the fish’s respiration rate. The result shows that fish breathe faster as the water temperature rises. This is probably due to less oxygen dissolved in warm water and increasing metabolic activity of the fish with rising water temperature.
