Enhancing Conceptual Memory by Sleep Learning

Thirty-two participants (ages 12 and 18) were randomly selected. The experimental group listened to a math and English audio lesson while asleep in addition to reviewing lesson notes the next day. Participants were tested after 7 days. The test scores for the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group. |
