Biographie
I am a grade 8 student looking forward to grade 9 when I can join the high schools robotics team. I have spent the last 2 years volunteering with them to learn more about robotics. In my free time I play many sports including, badminton, basketball, soccer, swimming, skiing and softball. I also enjoy photography, reading and gaming and music. I play the flute, tenor saxophone, and piano. I love cooking meals and desserts along with experimenting in the kitchen and also like to experiment with making my own cosmetics using household ingredients that are safe and environmentally friendly. After last year’s science fair, I decided to continue to make Radon my focus over the next year. Every day I have collected data and continued my research in order to find out which method would best reduce the impact of radon on your health. It has been a very big part of my every day life for the past year. When I am older, I think I want to be an accountant because I enjoy math.

Sommaire:This year my project is an extension of the project I did last year. This year I focused on mitigating the effect of radon on humans. I found out which methods work to reduce the radon bronchial dose and have been testing them for over 16 months. I will continue my project to refine the methods and find practical ways to help the general population.
