Sommaire:Tablets containing different quantities of ASA were titrated. The pH changes were noted during titration. The buffering region increased as the amount of ASA in tablets increased. Damage to the mucosal lining in the stomach increased because of increased absorption of more neutral forms of ASA in the small intestine.
