My name is Émeric Proulx. I come from Sainte-Thérèse, Québec. I study at Externat Sacré-Coeur in Rosemère. I am currently in secondary 5. This is my second year doing a science fair and I am more than happy to have made it to the CWSF. I have always had a great interest in science and technology. My main fields of interest are electronics, chemistry, mechanics, physics and informatics. I tried to combine these diverse interests to make a great science fair project. I think I can say I was succesful at doing this. My hobbies include learning, building machines and programming. I like to think that the reason I started doing the science fair was to increase my expertise at these hobbies and simultaneously augmenting my skill in public speaking. In the future, I may try to improve my project's design and functionality to see if it has any potential to be commercialised. Next year, I will be going in a computer science program at college to further my knowledge in programming and the internet. |
