Biography
Hi I'm Jane, My hobbies are: Wake surfing, Wake boarding, paddle boarding, running, lip syncing, dancing, listening to 90s music, water color painting, hanging out with friends, meeting new people, Naturopathy, and mediation. notable experiences: first wake surf competition, first attempt at surfing, lying on the dock observing constellations, anything by a large body of water, being apart of the relay for life committee. achievements: character always award, participating in the pascal math contest,spirit bear award, honor roll and midget girl champion for track. where did you get the inspiration for your project? I was looking for a science topic to do my school science fair on and I came across gel electrophoresis and though it be awesome. I decided to up the ante with the project. what plans do you have for further investigations? there are three areas i would like to further my research in they are: the future of gel electrophoresis, how its used to find a suspect and different uses. advice: Do something your passionate about and willing to do in depth research on.

Abstract:Gel electrophoresis is a method used to separate macromolecules based on size and charge. The purpose of this project was to identify what gel electrophoresis was and how it could be used in forensic science. To answer the purpose I performed an experiment and research. The Experiment used agarose gel and dyes as samples.
