Biographie
My name is David Vidican and I am currently in grade 10 at St. Thomas Aquinas Secondary School in Oakville, Ontario. From a young age I was passionate about science and engineering. I am also fascinated with the field of medicine and innovation. I like to get involved in extracurricular activities like science clubs, soccer, and fundraising events. For the last 3 years I have been running a science club where kids are being inspired and motivating younger generations to love science. This is my second time participating in CWSF and I am looking forward to this amazing experience!

Can UV Light Save Lives
Défi:Innovation
Catégorie:Intermédiaire
Région:Bay Area
Ville:Oakville, ON
École:St. Thomas Aquinas S.S.
Sommaire:The purpose of the project is to find a suitable method that will help decrease the amount of on road collisions with pedestrians and cyclists. My hypothesis is, if a non-toxic and available substance is found, which glows under UV light during nighttime when impregnated on regular clothing, the result will be a glow that can be visible from more than five meters away.
