Challenge: | Environment | Category: | Intermediate | Region: | Cariboo Mainline | City: | Merritt, BC | School: | Merritt Secondary | Abstract: | This project created a wastewater system that contains the filtration, sand cleaning, and aeration of a traditional treatment system with the plants and Protists from a solar aquatic treatment system to produce quality water. At the end of each day the polluted water systems were assessed for ten water quality tests and the experimental results did not support the hypothesis for quality drinking water. |
