Biography
I am in grade 11 at St. George's High School of Montreal. I am passionate about writing and I was co-founder and assistant editor of the St. George’s literary journal. I recently won second prize in the 2013 Commonwealth Essay Competition. In 2012, I was President of the Student Council. I also stage-managed the grade 11 production in my Theatre Arts class. I have taken a leadership role in the environmental club at both the high school and elementary school campuses. I am currently taking a Psychology class, where I discovered my passion for understanding human behaviour. This inspired me to perform my science fair experiment. In the future, I would like to continue my research into human memory, perhaps looking at different kinds of memory. I would advise others thinking of doing a science fair project to start working early and be persistent in their research even if there are difficulties along the way.
