Through my experimentation, Human Leukocyte Antigen-G genotypes of HIV-1 infected and resistant individuals were determined using sequencing methods. *010102/06 allele was associated with susceptibility and *010101/0106 was associated with resistance, offering new pathways for an HIV-1 vaccine. |
