Biography
My name is Damien Georges. I am 16 years old and currently in grade 11. I live in Pinehouse Lake, Saskatchewan. I am interested in learning and always find myself trying new things. This was one of the reasons I got involved in the science fair at a young age. I have been participating in the science fair since grade 6, but this is my first time attending the Canada Wide Science Fair. I got inspiration for my project from students and teachers in my school. I am also involved in other extracurricular activities in my school. I am the president of our school’s Student Representative Council, a member of the Eco club, and drama club. My plans to further my investigations involve finding new study tips that are more consistent for a wider range of people. If I were to give advice to other students who plan on doing a science fair project would be to just do it and never give up because there is so many intelligent people in the world and you never know what you’re capable of doing until you try.

Abstract:The purpose of my project is to determine what study tips have the best outcome for students. The hypothesis was that the participants in the music testing group would have the best overall test scores. The experiment required different students from all ages to study photo collages. The conclusion was that the gum testing and color testing had the best results.
