Determiniation of the Factors that Maximize Agro. Vir Gere Expression

Conditions included the time of incubation, growth media, and application of acetosyringone. It was determined that Agro should be grown in AB media with 200 μM of acetosyringone and harvested at an OD of .77 to optimize virulence activity. |
