| I am 13 years old and I go to Grandview public school. I got my inspiration for my project from my two main sports cross-country skiing and competitive swimming I was wondering how quickly you react off the start line of a race depends accordingly to a sight or sound stimulus! Plans that I have for my future investigations would be to make a backup camera with a beeper for vehicles that would change pitch according to the distance from an object off the back of the vehicle. Advice that I have for other students in their first year like myself would be to pick a project or topic that they are passionate about and can be tested or measured easily. |

The test took place on an online site, "explore learning". Twenty-four participants were tested(12 boys and 12girls) and the results proved that every time the reaction to sound is quicker than to sight. |
