Biographies
Ethan - My name is Ethan and I attend Richmond Hill Montessori School. I am currently in grade 8 and I enjoy playing baseball and being on the computer. I am very interested in engineering and I am very grateful of the opportunity given to me by York Region. My project is called the Perfect Portable Printer and it is a robot that is able to print on an infinite surface as long as it has the battery power to. My partner is Steven and my advice to other students is to make sure to prepare before hand and plan everything out.
Steven - I am a student who enjoys working on electronics and programming. My hobbies include scuba diving, photography, and playing badminton. The idea of expanding on already created inventions inspired me to develop my project and I plan on creating more robotics and engineering projects in the future. I have won many awards in Mathematics such as [fill in] and have won different medals in the Skills Ontario Lego Robotics competitions. I plan on developing my understanding of software engineering and robotics to go on to study at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and get a job as a software engineer.
