| Haileigh Joiner is a 14 year old grade 9 honour student at Almaguin Highlands Secondary School. Her favourite subjects include science, mathematics, english and physical education. Haileigh's post secondary goals involve medicine and paediatrics. She enjoys playing the piano and horseback riding. When Haileigh isn't studying or working part-time as a cashier, she likes to spend time with her family and friends. This is Haileigh's first time at Canada Wide Science Fair and she knows it will be a memorable experience. What an honourable way to celebrate science! |

If yes, then you are aware of how dangerous it can be when high speed sleds come around blind corners towards you and there is limited time to react. I created a device that will alert you in advance to oncoming snowmobiles.This will help to prevent and decrease the number of near misses and collisions. |
