Om is a high-school student in Grade 10 Halifax, NS, Canada, actively embracing STEM, an interdisciplinary and applied learning approach. He is skilled at numerous technical competencies required to architect/design software & hardware based projects, gained after thorough learning and practical use resulting in successful projects. It’s Om's deeply embedded passion to excel in what he does, and at this point his main goal in life is to be an unpretentious, helping, and experienced individual, utilizing his project management skills to spark change in the society (aided through his passion of community service) while further pursuing his interests in the field. Not only does Om have extensive interpersonal skills, developed through formal socialization & public speaking, but he also has an undeprivable passion for STEM and goal oriented demeanor, driven by perseverance, and a strong/respectable work ethic, along with his ability to adapt to challenging situations with a growth mindset. With his personable character, Om ultimately wants to work in a way that is helpful to the society, envisioning himself pursuing a career in computer/engineering sciences applying research and innovation with an entrepreneurship approach to do his part in bettering the world. |
