Abstract:“Beat the Breathalyzer” was completed to discover whether products containing alcohol would have an affect on the results of a breathalyzer. Each product was tested on a breathalyzer. None of these products were detected because the chemical structure of alcohol (ethanol) is different from the alcohol contained in these products.
