Erika wishes to attend university and become an engineer or a pharmacist. Erika is passionate for many sports including volleyball, cross country, and figure skating. Erika was the captain of the high schools volleyball team and has earned over 100 figure skating medals. Erika lives in the outskirts of South River and loves to hang out with friends and family. She can also play the guitar and piano. When Erika isn't playing an instrument or studying for classes, she loves to go camping. Erika has travelled to Italy and throughout Canada. Erika loves to play with her 4 year old Austrian Kelpie, that she rescued from a rescue shelter 3 years ago. When people get to know her, they will best describe her as outgoing and fun to be around. This is Erika’s second year participating in CWSF. Last year Erika went to Fredericton, New Brunswick and won a Bronze medal. She is very excited and honoured to have the opportunity to attend CWSF once again.

Abstract:For this project last year, a shirt was designed that could help to keep a person at a comfortable temperature during exercise or hot weather. My project this year focused on finding a solution that was reusable, environmentally friendly, user-friendly and that could stay cool for an extended period of time.
