| Madelaine Paradis is 14 years old and is a French Immersion student who is in grade 8 at M.A. Wittick Public School. She is passionate about many sports, including long distance running, Crossfit, and basketball. Madelaine also plays hockey for the North Bay Ice Boltz, an all girls hockey association where she is on the Bantam A team. In her down time, Madelaine loves to read, bake, and spend time at her cottage with her friends and family. Madelaine likes to travel with her family. Her favourite places include Punta Cana, the Rocky Mountains and the East coast of Canada. Her favourite subjects include science, English, French and history. Madelaine lives in South River with her parents, sister and dog Tessa. Madelaine has a keen interest in protecting the environment and her inspiration for this project resulted from watching a cleaning product demonstration that left her questioning effectiveness. This is Madelaine’s first time at CWSF and she is very honoured and excited to be here! |
