Cytokine Regulation of IL-7 Receptor Alpha Gene Expression

Gamma chain sharing receptor cytokines down-regulate CD127, and the purpose of this experiment is to investigate this down-regulation. Quantitative methods for quantifying mRNA transcripts encoding total and membrane bound CD127 will be utilized. |
