The Role of Phytopharmaceuticals in Cell Division

Abstract:The project examined the possible effect of Echinacea and Aloe on healing wounds. Planaria were used to determine if these products played a role in cell division. The time required for eyespot formation was recorded as a measure of regeneration. Echinacea was found to be the most effective product tested.
