I am a grade 11 student at Park View Education Centre, in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. My interest in science has led me to participate in numerous science-based extracurricular activities, including math league, the Bluenose Coastal Action Foundation--where I work as an environmental education program supporter-- and South Shore Robotics. I am also involved in volunteer work at my local hospital, and committee work as a member of my school's student council. In the future, I hope to go to the international Marine Advanced Technology Education (MATE) competition, representing my robotics team as a control systems engineer/programmer. My hobbies include gardening, creating computer programs, reading and crossfit. In my post secondary education, I hope to pursue computer science or physics. |
