Biographie
My name is Maria Janisz and I am in grade eight at Aurora Academic Charter School in Edmonton, Alberta. I am an academic honors student with a passion for science, music, and sports. I have won many awards and competitions in these disciplines including academic awards, science fairs, and music festivals. Along with my school achievements, I take part in many extra-curricular activities. From a young age, I have played competitive soccer and am currently at a very high level, hopefully on my way to playing on a university team. I am also talented in the musical arts as I play the piano and take singing lessons, while also performing in my community. Together with attending Saturday Polish School, since I am also fluent in Polish, I lead a fairly busy life and am never bored with all my activities. In the future, I would like to pursue a career in biology.

Sommaire:Cancer affects millions of people across the world. The main culprit is angiogenesis, the process in which our body creates blood vessels. When angiogenesis is out of balance, numerous diseases occur, including every type of cancer. Fortunately, different types of foods have naturally occurring inhibitors of angiogenesis in them, and by consuming them, we can significantly reduce our risk of developing cancer.
