DNA Damage Induced Cell Death in Breast Cancer Cells That Differ in p53 Status

I found that inhibition of p53 or DNA-PK sensitized p53 wild-type MCF7 cells to IR but had no effect on p53 mutant MDA-MB-231 cells; inhibition of ATM sensitized both cell lines to IR. |
