Biography
My name is Kayleigh Brugger and I am from Brandon, Manitoba. I am in grade eight at Christian Heritage School and am secretary of the student council. I enjoy swimming, bike riding and hanging out with my friends. I play the harp and will be taking a grade four harp exam this June. I spend my summers at our cabin, with my family and my dog. I am very grateful for the opportunity to go to the Canada wide science fair.

Abstract:This project tested seven different methods of cleaning apples to see what the most effective way to clean produce before consumption. Three different types of agar were used to determine what was still left on the fruit after the various cleaning methods were used.
