Abstract:This project studied quality differences between eleven unique apple varieties grown on my family farm. The following tests were conducted on each apple: firmness, acidity, Brix, and pH. The test results showed the Honeycrisp apple was the firmest, the Fortune apple had the highest acidity level, the Russet apple had the highest sugar level, and the Creston apple had the lowest pH.
