Hello, world! My name is Anna Tymofyeyeva. I am currently a grade 11 student attending Thornhill Secondary School. I am a science enthusiast, and I particularly love physics and biology. The inspiration behind this project was an article I read in an issue of New Scientist magazine, which wrote about a radio powered solely by sweat. I integrated this concept into a device for diabetics because of my own personal interests and experiences. |
| Anna Tymofyeyeva An Integrated Glucose Meter Using Sweat Diagnostic Technology for Diabetics

The symptoms of the disease are currently managed through blood glucose monitoring, a method which is both inefficient and inconvenient for diabetic patients. This platform integrates electrical engineering components with current blood monitoring technology and sweat diagnostics for the improvement of the livelihoods of diabetics. |
