I am twelve years old and live in Abbotsford, British Columbia with my family. I am an only child and attend Clayburn Middle School where I am in Gr. 7. I am a very active youth and participate in sports both in and out of school. I play on the boys basketball and volleyball teams. In the community I play hockey and lacrosse. I like school, my teachers and am a B student. Some of my other hobbies include mountain biking, computers, snowboarding and skiing, listening to music and playing video games. Although I don’t know what I want to do as a career when I am older, I am interested in policing. My mother is a police officer and her job seems very interesting. Another career which interests me is the reinforcing steel business. My grandfather owns his own rebar business and sometimes I work with him on the weekends. I like to spend time with my friends playing street hockey and searching for new mountain biking trails and jumps. I like to meet new people and travel to new places. |
