The Effects of Vitamin C on Mold

Fruits were either dipped in Vitamin C water or plain water and placed in containers for 7 days. By the end of 5 days, the fruits were equally moldy except for the apple that was dipped in Vitamin C. That apple had no mold unlike its counterpart, the water dipped apple. That apple wasn't even brown. By the end of 7 days, every fruit had mold.
