ABOUT OUR FAIR
Our regional science fair (RSF) hosts students in four age categories:
- Elementary (Grades 4-6)
- Junior (Grades 7-8)
- Intermediate (Grades 9-10)
- Senior (Grades 11-12)
The schools eligible to send projects to the CERSF are all of those in the Celtic Family of Schools as well as North Colchester High School, Pugwash District High and Oxford Regional High School.
All scientific and technological endeavors, including science fair projects, must be undertaken with integrity through the use of rigorous methods. Students must ensure that the use of any animals, including humans, is fully justified and absolutely necessary. If you must work with human subjects, it is your duty to protect the wellbeing, dignity and privacy of these individuals. The welfare of any other animals that are subjects of your investigation must always be respected and likewise any experimentation carried out in the natural environment must avoid having adverse impacts.
