Vitamin C is one of the most important vitamins. Our body needs it to help with blood clotting and relieving stress. Over 90% of Vitamin C is obtained through fruits and vegetables. Orange juice is a wonderful source of Vitamin C, but which kind is better? This experiment shows the different amounts of vitamin C in various types of orange juice, from organic oranges to Minute-Maid. It will also test how well orange juice stands being exposed to light and air. Using indicators and by titrating, we will be able to determine which juice contains more Vitamin C.
