I will be analyzing the data of different specie's population through out the decade and how a potential oil spill at terminal point of the Enbridge Northern Gateway pipeline will affect the environment's different species. I will be using mathematical models and graphs to demonstrate trends of the fish population using information gathered by the government. Then I will be using this information and compare it to the information gained from the Exxon Valdez oil spill to see what the potential damage spills of different proportions could damage the population of species. Finally I will be giving some suggestions as to how to mitigate the damage to the environment by means such as not fishing for 3 years if a spill was to occur.
